A&M Concrete Corp. has established a core team of individuals dedicated to the successful management of day to day operations. Our Management Personel strive to deliver expected results by working together efficiently as a team and devoting themselves to proactive approaches to planning and control of our projects and resources.
Our Management Personel is trained to eliminate unsafe behavior by establishing workplaces and environments where it is 1) Not tolerated 2) Easy to spot 3) Documented and disciplined immediately. By doing so, they mitigate the effects dangerous events can have on our employees and jobsites. They participate effectively in the Safety Training and Development Program established by A&M Concrete Corp. to keep all of our workers safe, growing professionally, compliant with laws and regulations, abreast of changes in the construction industry with regard to specifications, standards and techniques. All of A&M Concrete Corp. "Field Managers" are OSHA 10 hour certified, CPR Trained and participate effectively in refresher courses on a regular basis. They are held accountable to enforcing the safety plan at all times and have their skillsets and abilities certified on an annual basis.
